reduse weight by simple remedies

1.cumin seed (zeera)

take 3 tea  spoon cumin seed in one glass of water boil it for 5 min. at low flame..filter it ..now add one teaspoon honey and one tea spoon fresh lemon juice ..have this warm drink before breakfast...

2.kari leaves

eat 6-7 kari leaves in morning before breakfast ..it will help to reduse belly fat. kari leaves control cholesterol also..
